RCT Construction Limited is a long-established property development & investment company based in London. As a private family firm incorporating RC Tomkins, we boast an impressive track-record of delivering high-quality developments in tune with the needs of our partners, occupiers and the communities we work in.
Our development portfolio is extremely diverse, both size and scope, from a one bedroom flat refurbishment, to new-build residential and commercial schemes, and our largest scheme to date – the proposed development of 498 residential units in the old halls of residence at Queen Mary’s college.
